1. Agreement
By using the Botch platform operated by Botch Realty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the platform
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes related to real estate investment and project monitoring in Ghana.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via our payment partners. You are responsible for paying invoices by the due date. Refunds and disputes are handled in accordance with our payment partner terms and applicable law.
4. Projects
Project timelines and milestones are indicative. Botch Realty facilitates the platform; construction is carried out by approved partners. We are not liable for delays or defects in construction beyond our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Botch Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify you via email or in-app notice.
